Solid Waste/Recycling/Bulky Waste:

Each household pays a monthly fee of $18.75. This fee includes one 96-gallon trash cart, one 48-gallon recycling cart and curbside bulky waste pickup. Collection of solid waste, recycling and bulky waste is weekly.

Stormwater Fees:

Zebulon Board of Commissioners adopted the stormwater fees as part of the FY2013 budget. The new fee structure is:
$2.00 Residential per month
$7.00 Small Non-Residential (up to 10,000 sf) per month
$38.00 Medium Non-Residential (10,000 - 45,000 sf) per month
$92.00 Large Non-Residential (greater than 45,000 sf) per month
