Public Works Administrative Assistant - This full-time position is scheduled to work a normal week (M-F, 7-4), with the flexibility to participate in special events and respond during weather emergencies.
Assistant will perform a variety of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, answering phones and responding to inquiries, creating work orders, maintaining the solid waste and recycling online database, update Public Works social media, monitor fuel system and complete monthly fuel report, prepare newsletter articles, record Daily Work Log, report on-call rotation to answering service, maintain payroll file and monthly leave sheets, and assist with special events. The assistant reports directly to the Asset Manager. Position is open until filled. EOE
