Farm Fresh Market

April - October
Saturdays, 9 am to 1 pm
Zebulon Municipal Complex

Mark your calendars! Opening Day for the 2019 season of the Zebulon Farm Fresh Market is April 27st! The Zebulon Farm Fresh Market is located at the Zebulon Municipal Complex at 1003 N Arendell Ave. The Market runs Saturdays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm April 27st through October 12th. We offer the freshest and best-tasting locally-grown produce, helping to preserve the tradition of small farms in the region. We specialize in organic and naturally grown, heirloom and gourmet varieties of fruits and vegetables. The market vendors also offer free-range poultry and eggs, pastured pork, honey, baked goods, jams, jellies, relishes, pickles, homemade soaps, handcrafted candles, ornamental plants, artwork and much more.

The Zebulon Farm Fresh Market strives to provide low-income families in the area access to fresh, local produce.  The Market has implemented programs to encourage access for those in need.

  • EBT cards are accepted at the Market with a match of up to $25.
  • Zebulon Farm Fresh Market has partnered with Farmer Foodshare and the Zebulon United Methodist Church to enable customers to donate fresh, local food to the Zebulon United Methodist Food Pantry.

Fresh Focus- We want your thoughts!

The Town of Zebulon is taking a look at how we can improve the Farm Fresh Market. Your feedback on our current market is important in choosing a direction for its future. We welcome your ideas on how we can make the market a better place for our community to support our local farmers and artisans.

Here are the different ways that you can participate:

1. Complete a survey

Take the online survey before July 15.

2. Participate in a focus group.

Four focus group meetings have been scheduled. Space is limited and pre-register is required. Participation will be granted on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that we will also consider frequency of market attendance to ensure a variety of participants are included in focus groups.

You can sign up for one of these focus groups by submitting an online request form.
