ZEBULON, N.C. — The Zebulon Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division arrested three individuals on July 15, 2026, after executing a search warrant at a residence in the 400 block of Hallingsfield Way.

During the search, detectives recovered approximately 13 pounds of marijuana, a large amount of drug packaging material, 94 THC vape products and a stolen firearm. A reported missing juvenile was also located in the residence and reunited with their family.

The following individuals were arrested and charged:

Sequoia Antoinette Wiggins, 38, of Zebulon, is being held on no bond.

• Trafficking in marijuana

• Two counts of maintaining a dwelling

• Conspiracy to traffic in marijuana

• Possession with intent to sell or deliver a synthetic cannabinoid (PWISD)

• Possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana (PWISD)

• Three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile

• Possession of up to one-half ounce of marijuana

Mohammad Jamal Al-Sayed, 26, of Zebulon, is being held on a $500,000 bond.

• Trafficking in marijuana

• Maintaining a dwelling

• Conspiracy to traffic in marijuana

• Possession with intent to sell or deliver a synthetic cannabinoid (PWISD)

• Possession with intent to sell or deliver marijuana (PWISD)

• Three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile

• Possession of up to one-half ounce of marijuana

Ty’Heem Z’Iyon Johnson, 20, of Zebulon, is being held on no bond.

• Conspiracy to traffic in marijuana

• Possession of marijuana paraphernalia

• Contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile

• Possession of up to one-half ounce of marijuana

The investigation remains ongoing.

All charges are allegations. Each defendant is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
