TRAFFIC UPDATE: ROADWAY REOPENED
The downed power lines near 1001 N. Arendell Avenue have been cleared, and N. Arendell Avenue is now open to traffic in both directions.
TRAFFIC ALERT: Power lines are down in the roadway near 1001 N. Arendell Ave.
Northbound traffic on N. Arendell Avenue is being diverted onto E. Judd Street. Southbound traffic is being rerouted around Town Hall to avoid the area.
Duke Energy has been notified. Please use caution and follow all traffic directions.

Due to ongoing water main repairs near 722 N. Arendell Avenue, southbound traffic is being detoured.
Drivers traveling south should:
Turn right onto W. Franklin Street
Turn left onto N. Church Street
Turn left onto W. Lee Street to return to N. Arendell Avenue
Northbound traffic is not affected.
Repairs are expected to be completed by approximately 2 a.m. Please use caution and follow all posted detour signs.

Community Park Update
Due to a tree on an aerial utility line, the City of Raleigh is assessing the damage and making any necessary repairs.
Disc Golf Holes 10–12 are closed for the remainder of the day while crews complete their work. The restrooms at Community Park are also temporarily closed.
Please avoid the work area and follow any posted signage.
We will provide an update tomorrow morning on the status of the restrooms and whether they will reopen. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
