Due to a special called meeting running longer than anticipated, the 6:00 p.m. meeting began later than scheduled. Because the livestream was set to a fixed broadcast time, it began mid-meeting of a special called meeting, which was TRAINING – QUASI-JUDICIAL PROCESS.
This note is being shared to provide context in case there is any confusion about why the broadcast begins mid-meeting of the special called meeting. Thank you for understanding.
