Today, the Town of Zebulon held its Technical Review Committee meeting for Zebulon Gateway, a $70 million mixed-use development and the largest non-residential project in the community in more than 30 years.

The Zebulon Board of Commissioners approved the project earlier this year, and today’s meeting marked another step forward in the technical review process as the development continues to move ahead.
