The Town of Zebulon is soliciting submittals from qualified firms interested in providing on-call professional architectural design, civil engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, and/or geo-technical consulting services associated with the planning, design, bidding, construction administration, and plan review of various public infrastructure projects throughout the Town. Firms may submit qualifications for a single service, multiple services, or all services.
All submittals must be received by 2:00 PM on December 4, 2025. Inquiries, amendments, or submissions received after this time and date shall not be considered for evaluation.
