This development will consist of the construction of the proposed Zebulon Public Safety station which includes parking lots, drive aisles, sidewalk, site utilities, mass grading, landscaping, storm-water control measures, road widening, and all other related improvements to support the fire station. This Planned Development rezoning was unanimously approved by the Board of Commissioners on May 14, 2025.
